This 2-year project involved numerous changes and upgrades to infrastructure located within Penticton's southeast region designed to address traffic congestion and safety issues. This project included a new signalized intersection, lighting improvements, a roundabout, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, and asphalt upgrades. This complex project was completed on time and on budget.

Point Intersection 2024 – City of Penticton

The Lake to Lake Route is a 6.7 km protected bike lane through the center of Penticton, intended to make cycling convenient and safe for residents of all ages and abilities. This was a multi-year project which will be complete in 2025. This challenging project involved underground utility upgrades, intersection changes, and installation of curbs, barriers, signage and road markings. This project completes Penticton’s first major All Ages and Abilities (AAA) bike lane traversing the entire city.

This is an upscale 111 lot subdivision located on the east hillside of Penticton boasting panoramic views of the city. Construction included full subdivision development, multi-use trails, parks, and playgrounds.
